The Sovereign Blood of Lilith is a ritual-performance held on Samhain beneath the symbolic year of the Red Magician, where ceremonial blood offering becomes both invocation and artistic expression. Participants who freely choose to be anointed with production blood will receive a mark of consecration as an emblem of autonomy, remembrance, and transformation, while the offering of real blood to Lilith is presented as a voluntary act of devotion rather than spectacle. Existing between sacred rite and performance art, the ritual embodies the holy feminist archetype through themes of sovereignty, sacrifice, and resistance to oppression. In honouring Lilith as a figure of uncompromising self-possession, the ceremony seeks to evoke justice not through vengeance, but through the remembrance of every sacrifice made in the pursuit of freedom, equality, and the reclamation of one's own body and voice.
Ivy's journey into earth-based magic and animism began in the wild days of youth, when the wind carried secrets and the forest hummed with wisdom. A lifelong student of the mystical arts, they are ever-seeking, ever-learning, drinking deeply from the well of occult knowledge across traditions and time.
Their journey has since metamorphosed into being the proprietor of Blessed Bee Apothecary in Massachusetts, where in which Ivy brings stewardship to the community and craft.
